Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns on our jewelry within seven (7) days of purchase only. Returns will be processed for an exchange of the damaged product with receipt of jewelry in original product packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. |
Custom Orders: We require full payment in advance of all custom jewelry orders. All custom orders will be mailed within 30 days of your order. Please allow sufficient time if you have multiple order requests. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. If your item is damaged within 7 days of receipt, please refer to Returns & Exchanges, above. |
Delivery: USA: Domestic (USA) orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Cost is $6.65 per package. Arrival is 2-3 business days. CANADA: Canadian orders ship via USPS Priority International. Cost is $11.45 USD; arrival is 6-10 days business days. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: International deliveries ship via USPS Priority International. Cost is $13.45; arrival is 6-10 days business days. |
